Swedish Massage

The core treatment of traditional, western-style massage, the Swedish method is generally ideal for relaxation and stress reduction. It also can enhance the performance of your immune system and promote more restful sleep.

This therapy is available in your choice of affordable half-hour, one-hour and 90-minute sessions and gift certificates.

If you need a more intense or special purpose touch therapy, then choose our Wellness Massage, Pregancy Massage, Headache Therapy, or Hot Wax Therapy. For the ultimate in relaxation, bliss out with our Hot Stone Therapy.

As with most of our therapeutic procedures, we'll use a sturdy, comfortable massage table for your Swedish Massage. The table is equipped with headrest, bolsters, blankets and freshly laundered sheets to enhance your comfort. If a table is uncomfortable for you, we can use a specially designed chair.
