Hot Stone Therapy

This is a traditional Swedish Massage with a simple, yet profound addition. Besides giving you a splendid Swedish massage, your therapist will enhance your treatment by using varying sizes of heated, smooth river stones to massage your muscles for deeper relaxation. The stones provide a gentle, constant warmth that penetrates and relaxes your muscles.

Due to the unique nature of this special therapy, it's available in session lengths of 90 minutes (full body) and 60 minutes (upper body only). Please schedule a few hours ahead so that we can warm the stones for your treatment. Of course, gift certificates are available for Hot Stone Therapy, too!

If you need a different touch therapy, then choose our Swedish Massage, Wellness Massage, Pregancy Massage, Headache Therapy, or Hot Wax Therapy.

As with most of our therapeutic procedures, we'll use a sturdy, comfortable massage table for your Hot Stone Therapy. The table is equipped with bolsters, headrests, blankets and freshly laundered sheets to enhance your comfort. This therapy is not amenable to using a chair.
