The 3-Step Online Buying Process
Buying Gift Certificates on our web site is super easy. There are only three steps: (1) Choose a gift certificate style, (2) Select a price, and (3) Checkout by making payment via our secure online payment processor.
The process is similar for Gift Coupons, except that there are only two steps: (1) Select Price and (2) Checkout.
Step 1 - Choose Gift Certificate Style
(This step is not applicable to Gift Coupons.)
Select and scroll through the All Occasion, Special Occasion, Birthday or *Holiday category, and select a gift certificate style.
It's a good idea to look through each category, as some styles are multi-purpose.
To enlarge the gift certificate images (outside and inside views), click as directed on the page.
The "View Cart" button is useful if you've already made selections, but have not yet checked out, i.e., made payment for them.
Once you've selected the style you prefer, click the "Select" button. This will take you to Step 2 (Select Price).
*Holiday category is available only during the winter season. Gift certificates for holidays in other seasons are available in the Special Occasion category.
Step 2 - Select Price
(This is Step 1 for buying Gift Coupons online.)
Choose the amount that you wish to spend based upon a therapy and/or session length.
Several of the "Add to Cart" buttons will purchase gift certificates that have dual uses.
0.5 Hour Wellness: May be used for 0.5 Hour Headache Therapy.
1.5 Hour Swedish: May be used for 1.0 Hour Pregnancy Massage.
1.0 Hour Swedish: If your recipient is new to Satisfying Kneads, he or she may choose an automatic free upgrade to our signature therapy, the $70 Wellness Massage.
Gratuity: If you choose to enhance your gift with a gratuity, you'll be able to adjust its amount in $5.00 increments on your PayPal® shopping cart page.
Clicking an "Add to Cart" button or the "View Cart" button initiates Step 3 (Checkout) by first taking you to the PayPal® secure shopping cart page.
Step 3 - Checkout
(This is Step 2 for buying Gift Coupons online.)
Modify the quantity or delete your selection, if necessary.
Choose "Continue Shopping" for another item, or "Proceed to Checkout."
Problem with "Continue Shopping" Button
With certain browser configurations, the PayPal "Continue Shopping" button may not function, and you may need to use your browser's "Back" button (Hint: click the "down" arrow next to the "Back" button, then select the first choice that says "Satisfying Kneads Wellness Massage - Gift Certificate Selection: your selection's name"), or click on another browser tab to continue shopping.
After you click the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the PayPal shopping cart page, you'll be prompted by the next page to enter your payment details. See Payment Process and Related Information.

Gift Certificate and Coupon Redemption Policy
Except for unusual circumstances, gift certificates and coupons must be redeemed by your recipient within six months from the date of your purchase.
Gift certificates and coupons are not refundable, but are transferrable to another recipient for use within the original redemption period.
Gift certificates and coupons are redeemable for therapeutic services only, and may not be redeemed for cash in lieu of services.
Gift certificates and coupons presented for redemption on therapies that are no longer available may be applied to other available therapies, but may not be redeemed for cash in lieu of services.
A gift certificate for a particular therapy at a specified value may be applied toward another therapy of equal or greater value, provided the recipient pays any applicable difference.
A gift certificate for a particular therapy at a specified value may be applied toward another therapy of lesser value plus (if desired) a gratuity, provided that no amount of the remainder will be refunded, but may be applied as a credit toward the recipient's next therapy.
Gift coupons are redeemable for the face value only on a therapy of equal or greater value, and are not redeemable for cash. The coupon recipient will be responsible for any balance, which is due upon completion of therapy.
Payment Processing by PayPal
Ordering through Satisfyingkneads.com is easy and secure. We use PayPal, which also serves eBay.com and major retailers, and is one of the most experienced credit card payment processors on the Internet.
PayPal takes the worry out of purchasing online.
PayPal is a free and secure service for you as a purchaser.
Until you click a "Add to Cart" button, there's no need to handle the selection process in a secure environment. When you click a "Add to Cart" button, our server transmits highly encrypted details of your gift certificate choice, with no personal information, to PayPal.
Paypal then handles all processing that requires a secure online environment, i.e., for your specific payment and delivery related information.
PayPal and special log-in accounts are not required.
PayPal no longer requires that you first establish a PayPal account in order to proceed with the checkout process.
Also, Satisfyingkneads.com does not require you to establish a separate log-in account with us in order to make purchases.
All that's required is the usual information needed to process your credit card payment, and only PayPal will handle that information, using their secure servers.

Shipping, Handling and Delivery
Important: Please indicate your recipient's name in the message area provided on the PayPal billing page. Also, indicate your recipient's mailing address if you wish for us to mail your gift directly.
Your purchase, enclosed within a protective outer envelope, will be sent to your billing address (unless otherwise noted at checkout) by First Class U.S. Mail. Please allow 3-10 days for delivery.
Shipping and handling are free with your gift certificate purchase from Satisfying Kneads Wellness Massage. Please disregard any notation in the PayPal checkout procedure that refers to charges for shipping and handling.
